The rental process at Studio 29 is straightforward: renters are required to fill out an application form and submit it along with their security deposit within 24 hours after viewing the property. Once approved, tenants can move in immediately or choose to wait until their lease starts on June 1st or July 1st (or another date).
The apartments are fully furnished with all appliances included in rent—this includes a full kitchen with countertops and cabinets as well as a washer/dryer set in each unit!
