Amenities:

  • Pool, gym, and study rooms
  • 24/7 security.

Location:

The complex is located at the northern end of campus, just off of Busch Boulevard. It’s close to everything! You can walk to the library and many academic buildings in less than 10 minutes, or you can hop on Busch Boulevard and take a bus anywhere else on campus in under 5 minutes (the nearest stop is 2 blocks away). This location also means that there are tons of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Cost: The rent here is $2500 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment with a private bathroom (you will share a kitchen). There are also shared units available for $1500 per month if you want something smaller or prefer not having your own bathroom. Utilities are included in the rent prices listed above; however if your roommate doesn’t pay their share by their due date then it will be added to your tab so make sure everyone pays their portion each month! The price may seem steep but remember how much money college tuition costs?! In addition there won’t be any surprises when it comes time for payment–your monthly cost has already been decided ahead of time so all that remains is paying rent when due 🙂
