The Village

The Village at University of Oregon is a student housing complex that provides an excellent location for students from the university. Located in Eugene, The Village is just across the street from campus and within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shops, cafes and other attractions.

The Village has two swimming pools: one outdoor pool open during the summer months and one indoor pool open year-round. There are also two gyms onsite where residents can work out or take classes such as yoga or pilates. They even have a bike storage area for residents to store their bikes during the winter months when it’s too rainy to ride outside! And if you don’t know how to repair your own bike, there’s also a fully functioning bike repair area with staff available 24/7 should you need any help fixing yours up before hitting the road again!

West University

West University is located on Portland’s west side, just a few blocks from the University of Oregon campus. The neighborhood is home to some of Portland’s most popular restaurants and bars, such as Yakuza (Japanese), Huber’s (German) and Noble Rot (wine bar).

The average rent for a three-bedroom apartment in the area is around $1,000 per month. Since there are no apartments with more than three bedrooms available, this price range reflects only two-bedroom apartments. Apartments typically have hardwood floors throughout the unit, including in kitchens and bathrooms; however they are not included in some units with carpeted living rooms or bedrooms. West University residents enjoy access to an outdoor patio that overlooks West University Avenue and Interstate 5 traffic below it. Some properties do not come with parking spaces but can be rented nearby at an additional cost of approximately $200 per month depending on availability.

South University

South University is a neighborhood on the south side of Eugene, Oregon. It is close to the University of Oregon and has a small-town feel but it has all the perks of a big city. This area has many parks and green spaces so it’s great for getting outdoors and enjoying nature. If you’re looking for someplace quiet where you can relax, South University is perfect because it’s away from the busier parts of town.
