Scholarship Requirements:
- You must be a resident of St. Louis City or County
- You must have a high school cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- You must intend to enroll in Aquinas High School as a full time, first time student for the upcoming school year, and have been accepted by Aquinas High School
- You must provide proof of acceptance to Aquinas High School (i.e. copy of acceptance letter from Aquinas)
- If you are not Catholic, you should supply an explanation as to why you wish to attend this Catholic school with your application (not required)
- You must provide an official transcript from your current high school with your application
- Your current high school principal (or other member of the administrative staff with whom you are familiar) should submit a recommendation on your behalf directly to Mr. Chris Hoehnen at [email protected] This can be done via email or mail, but it is recommended that it be done via email if possible so that we receive it within our deadline

The St. Thomas Aquinas Program is a fully-accredited college preparatory program that prepares students for college entrance. Students who successfully complete the program will receive an accredited high school diploma and a sentence of praise from the judge. The curriculum includes study in English, Math, Science, Social Studies and Language Arts with electives available in History and Computer Science. Students are prepared for college entrance exams (SAT/ACT) through intensive preparation in both Math and Language Arts.o.

The SAT College Board test is required for all students and at least 50% of the students must earn a score of 1100 or higher (math + reading).

There are two types of colleges: those with a traditional semester system and those with a trimester schedule. The type of college a student is applying to will determine which set of guidelines (semester or trimester) is used. Our campus uses the semester system. For example, if the high school student has taken or completed 5 semester credits in English and 3 trimester credits in Spanish, he/she has only satisfied the course requirement for 4 semester credits. In order to be eligible for scholarship consideration, students must meet course requirements as specified above by following one of the options listed below:
