The University of Management and Sciences in California is a private, for-profit college located in Los Angeles, California. The school was founded in 2002 as the California University of Management and Technology and has been accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools since 2011.

The school offers six degrees at the associate’s level: Associate of Science (AS), Associate in Business Administration (ABM), Associate in Technology (AT), Associate in Applied Science (AAS), Associate in General Studies (AGS) and Executive Director Program (EDP). In addition to the associates degree programs listed above, the school also offers two graduate certificates: Business Administration with an emphasis on management or technology; Master’s Degree Program with an emphasis on management or technology; Master’s Degree Program with an emphasis on economics or finance; Master’s Degree Program with an emphasis on general business administration or international business administration; Doctorate program with emphases on international business management or finance; Doctorate program focusing on cyber security; Doctorate program focusing on information security management; Doctorate program focusing on project management

The CALUMS faculty members have been leaders in distance education since 1971. The college offers 17 bachelor’s degree programs, 16 master’s degree programs and one doctoral program to students around the world.

All of our undergraduate and graduate distance learning courses are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). CALUMS is proud to be a member of this association, which ensures that every student who enrolls at CALUMS receives a quality education that meets their needs as well as those of employers who want knowledgeable employees.

CALUMS also participates in several other organizations that promote quality standards for online education:
