Iowa is a rural state with a small population. However, it’s also home to several schools that offer athletic training programs. Iowa State University
Iowa State University is a public research university in Ames, Iowa. It was founded on February 28, 1858 as Iowa Agricultural College and Model Farm. The school held its first classes on October 22 of that year.
Iowa State University is a member of the Big 12 Conference and fields 19 varsity sports teams that compete in NCAA Division I athletics. The Cyclones compete as members of the Big 12 South division with rival teams including Oklahoma State University and Texas Christian University (TCU).

Central College
Central College is a private liberal arts college located in Pella, Iowa, United States. The school offers a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree.
