Johnson and Wales University is a private, nonprofit institution that offers multiple academic programs. Students can earn an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or doctoral degree from the Jim and Pam Arcand School of Culinary Arts. The school has campuses in Providence, Rhode Island; North Miami Beach, Florida; Charlotte, North Carolina; Denver, Colorado; and Portland, Oregon.
The academic calendar year runs from late August until early May each year. The regular fall semester begins in mid-August through mid-December; spring semester runs from early January through late May each year. Classes meet Monday through Friday with Tuesday as the day off for students when classes are not scheduled on Mondays or Saturdays during fall or spring semesters; there are no classes held on Mondays during summer semesters at Johnson and Wales University’s campuses in Providence and North Miami Beach in Florida but there may be some exceptions depending on what program you’re enrolled in so please contact your school’s admissions department directly if unsure about any specific information regarding class schedules at those locations before signing up!

The school has been accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges since 2010. It offers bachelor’s degrees in culinary arts (with concentrations in baking and pastry arts or culinary management), as well as associate’s degrees in baking and pastry arts or culinary management.
Pennsylvania Culinary Institute
The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute (PCI) is a for-profit college located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. It is a member of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and a member of the American Culinary Federation.

Art Institute of Atlanta
The Art Institute of Atlanta is located in Atlanta, Georgia. It offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts, a Baking and Pastry Associate’s degree, and a Culinary Management Associate’s degree.
