Bowling Green State University
Bowling Green State University is a great school to attend if you want to get involved in gymnastics. The school has a very good gymnastics program and offers scholarships for students who are interested in participating.
The university also has an excellent campus, located in Bowling Green, Ohio. It’s a safe location with lots of green space and is close enough to many other cities that it makes traveling easy if you want to explore more than just one area of the United States while going to college.

Cornell College
Cornell College is a private liberal arts college located in Mount Vernon, Iowa. It was founded by a group of Baptist ministers in 1853 and was the first coeducational institution in the state of Iowa. Cornell College offers undergraduate programs for both men and women, including business administration, biology, chemistry, economics and environmental studies, English language and literature, history, mathematics and statistics (including actuarial science), philosophy (including religious studies), physics as well as theatre arts.
The college also offers an athletic program that includes men’s baseball as well as women’s gymnastics. The gymnastics team at Cornell College has won five straight Midwest Conference titles since 2014 through 2018. In addition to being eligible for NCAA Division III championships competition during this time period they have earned 21 All-American awards with three more coming during their most recent season which ended on March 16th 2019 against Illinois Wesleyan University when they took third place overall among all Division III schools competing at nationals.”
Eastern Michigan University
EMU offers a number of scholarships to student athletes. The university is located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and it’s a public institution with a Division I athletic program. It also has a Division I gymnastics program. Student athletes are eligible for the following:

Georgia Institute of Technology
Georgia Tech offers a scholarship for gymnastics. The Georgia State Gymnastics Scholarship is available to students from the state of Georgia who have achieved an average score of 14 or better on their SAT or ACT exam and who are pursuing a degree in physical education or sports medicine at Georgia Tech. Students must also be named to the All-South Region Academic Team as well as qualify for NCAA competition in at least one sport or activity during their time at college (such as cheerleading).
Lindenwood University
Lindenwood University is a private, coeducational, and non-profit university located in St. Charles, Missouri. The university was founded in 1827 as Lindenwood College by David T. Peck.
The school has more than 5,000 students and offers more than 100 undergraduate majors and programs at the bachelor’s degree level; master’s degrees in business administration, education, nursing and human development counseling; doctoral degrees in educational leadership and physical therapy (DPT); two combined pre-professional/professional doctorates; a law school; two doctoral programs; an accelerated bachelor’s/master’s program; an honors program; an online learning program with extension sites throughout the state of Missouri to serve working adults who want to earn degrees while continuing their current employment schedules at night or on weekends; online MBA programs from both Lindenwood University Online (LUO) and Webster University’s global campuses for working professionals who need full-time positions but cannot take time away from work without risking their careers
Ohio State University
Ohio State University offers scholarships to gymnasts. The university has a team, facilities and coaching staff that support student-athletes in this sport.
An Ohio State student-athlete who competes in gymnastics can receive up to 25 percent of tuition, room and board from her athletic department. In addition, she may also be awarded an academic scholarship or need-based financial aid from the university if she meets certain requirements.
Southern Connecticut State University
Southern Connecticut State University is a medium-sized public university located in New Haven, Connecticut. The school offers a variety of degrees from its five colleges and schools, including liberal arts programs; business and accounting; education; criminal justice; public safety administration and social work. Southern also offers two graduate programs: Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Counseling Psychology.
The university’s athletic teams compete at the NCAA Division II level as part of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). The university has won conference championships in baseball, men’s basketball, women’s tennis and softball in recent years.
Temple University
Temple University is a public research university in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Temple was founded in 1884 when Russell Conwell, a lawyer and evangelist, held the “Temple of Fame” lecture at the Philadelphia YMCA. Conwell said that he wanted to establish an institution where working class could get a good education just as well as wealthy individuals. After lecturing at various educational institutions around Philadelphia including Wharton School of Finance and Economy, Conwell decided that the best place for his college would be Temple Hill – hence its name.
In addition to its main campus in North Philadelphia (also known as “Temple”), Temple has additional campuses in Center City (known as Health Science), King of Prussia(for graduate students) and Rome (Italy). the University of Bridgeport
The University of Bridgeport offers a competitive gymnastics scholarship to qualified students. The scholarships are available for both men and women, and are based on financial need. An applicant must be a full-time student at the University of Bridgeport, with a GPA of 2.5 or higher for in-state students and 3.0 for out-of-state students. The final deadline to apply for scholarships is April 1st every year; however, applicants can begin the process as early as January 1st by submitting their FAFSA form online at fafsa.ed.gov. The University of Iowa, often known as the UI, is a public research university located in Iowa City, Iowa. It was founded in 1847 and is the oldest and largest public university in the state. The university offers more than 100 majors for students to choose from, with a variety of schools and colleges including liberal arts & sciences, business administration, engineering & applied science (among others).
The UI has several scholarship programs available for students to apply to. These include:

Texas Woman’s University
Texas Woman’s University is the largest university in the state of Texas. It has a competitive sports program and offers competitive gymnastics scholarships to students.
The school’s competitive gymnastics team has made it to nationals every year since 2013, and its coach, Dr. Leigh Ann Hightower, consistently places well in national competitions as well.
