The University of Tampa is a private university in Tampa, Florida, United States. The university has four colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, the College of Education, and the College of Engineering and Computing.

2 Ohio University

Ohio University has a sports management program that offers undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs. The school is located in Athens, Ohio.

The undergraduate program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage sports organizations at all levels.

Graduate students can choose from four different concentrations:

3 George Mason University

George Mason University is located in Fairfax, Virginia. It is a public research university with approximately 33,000 students enrolled. The university has a student body of 2,100 and offers bachelor’s degrees in sports management. Susquehanna University also offers master’s degrees with specializations in sports administration or non-profit leadership.

5 Liberty University

Liberty University was founded in 1971 by Jerry Falwell and is a Christian university. The school has two campuses, one in Lynchburg, Virginia and the other in Online. Sports management degrees can be earned at both locations.

The sports management degree at Liberty University is a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, which can be completed online or on campus at either location. According to its website, this program is accredited by the Commission on Sport Management Education (COSMA)

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is a public university located in Long Beach, California. The school was founded in 1949 and currently enrolls around 37,000 students. CSULB offers a sports management program that can be taken as a minor or major. The minor requires 18 credits of coursework and the major requires 36 credits of coursework. Students with either degree will take classes such as “Contemporary Issues In Sports Marketing” and “Organizational Analysis & Strategy” during their academic career at CSULB. Additionally, students may participate in an internship as part of their studies at CSULB if they wish to gain real-world experience before entering the workforce after graduation.

7 Drexel University

Drexel University is a school that offers an undergraduate degree in Sports Management. Students can learn about the strategic and operational relationships between sports organizations, athletes, and their surrounding communities through a curriculum that includes courses on marketing, finance, business law and more. The university also offers a club for students interested in pursuing careers in sports management.

Drexel also hosts its own Sports Management Conference every year on campus; this three-day event features speakers from both inside and outside of the industry who talk about various topics related to career development within this field.
