There are a number of colleges that offer financial incentives to online students. These incentives are designed to help you pay for your education, whether it’s a $250 tuition discount or money toward textbooks and supplies.

In many cases, these incentives can help you save money. For example, if an institution offers a $500 textbook subsidy as part of its financial aid package, then this will decrease the amount of money you need to borrow or take out in student loans. If you don’t have any other sources of funding going into college (like scholarships), this could be crucial in making sure that your education is affordable while saving up enough cash for living expenses.
