1. MIT Scholarship

The MIT Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This scholarship is available to students of any nationality. The MIT Scholarship covers full tuition and fees for four years, as well as on-campus housing and meals for four years.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you will need to have a high school GPA of 3.5 or above and have taken an SAT exam with a score of 1500 or higher (or the ACT equivalent). You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills by participating in extracurricular activities, working part-time jobs, or volunteering in your community. 2. Oxford University Chancellor’s Scholarship

To be eligible for the Oxford University Chancellor’s scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must hold or expect to receive a first-class undergraduate degree (or equivalent) by the time you begin your program.
• You must apply for admission by an application deadline of January 10th (or March 15th for programs that have this deadline). If you are applying from abroad, it is advised that you apply by January 10th.
• You must be new to Oxford University and have not studied at Oxford before.

In addition to meeting all of the above requirements, students who apply for this scholarship are expected to submit additional information at their time of application. This includes:

• A personal statement describing your family’s financial situation and why you believe this scholarship will be beneficial to you. The statement should also describe any other funding options being pursued by the student and how they intend to pay any fees not covered by this award. 3. University of Copenhagen Scholarship

• University of Copenhagen Scholarship

At University of Copenhagen, you may apply for a tuition fee waiver scholarship if you are required to pay tuition fees and if you can document academic excellence or other information that reveals strong motivation for pursuing a Master’s programme at the University of Copenhagen. You should be aware that the number of scholarships available is limited.

How to apply: To qualify for this scholarship, you must include the motivation letter in your application and submit all relevant documentation before deadline. According to Danish law, foreign students are obliged to pay tuition fees unless they have previously lived in Denmark for more than three years or hold a permanent residence permit in Denmark. Students from EU/EEA countries as well as Swiss citizens do not have to pay tuition fees regardless of their nationality.

4. University of Auckland Scholarship

New Zealand’s most prestigious university is offering full funding towards your education. You must live in New Zealand and be a citizen, permanent resident or eligible international student. The University offers three scholarship programmes. Full funding may only be awarded once per academic year, making it an opportunity you could only miss if you don’t apply for it.

The first available scholarship programme offers full tuition fees for up to five years of study at the University of Auckland in the College of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Accounting and Information Management, School of Architecture and Design Studies (postgraduate courses), School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (postgraduate courses) or School of Computer Science (postgraduate courses).

The second available scholarship programme includes full tuition fees for up to four years at the University of Auckland in the College of Arts and Social Sciences; Faculty of Applied Science; Faculty of Environment; or Faculty of Law.

The third available scholarship programme includes full tuition fees for up to three years at the University of Auckland in any subject area as part-time study.

5. Stanford University Graduate Fellowship Program

Stanford University Graduate Fellowship Program is open to both domestic and international students. It covers tuition and associated fees, as well as providing a stipend to cover living expenses. Students are awarded based on academic merit and financial need, with the initial award renewable up to 5 years provided that the student maintains a 3.0 GPA.

6. National Merit Scholarships

Though it’s not technically a scholarship, National Merit Scholarships are still a great way to pay for college. The National Merit Scholarships program is open to high school students in the top 1% of their class who have a combined SAT score of at least 1420 (or an ACT composite score of 32). Students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents in order to qualify.

National Merit Scholars can get anywhere from $500 to $2,000 per year, depending on where they choose to go to school and how much financial assistance the school offers. This funding can be used toward tuition, fees, books and supplies.

In order to apply for this award, you must take the PSAT/NMSQT during your junior year of high school and achieve a qualifying score (notified by your school district). From there you must complete an application and provide any additional information that may be requested by officials with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).

7. The Gates Cambridge Trust Scholarships

The Gates Cambridge Trust Scholarship is an international scholarship program awarded to outstanding applicants from countries outside the UK to pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge. It was established in October 2000 by a donation of US$210m from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to the University of Cambridge; this is the largest ever single donation to a UK university. The purpose of the trust is “to build a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others”.

Gates Cambridge Scholarships are highly competitive full-cost awards, covering all University and College fees, as well as living expenses including accommodation and meals, research costs, airfares and thesis grants.

8. Australian National University Research Training Program Scholarships

For higher degree by research students, including PhD and Masters (by research) programs.

This scholarship is available to international applicants who are enrolling in a higher degree by research program at ANU. It provides full tuition fees, living allowance and medical insurance for the standard duration of your program. Eligibility criteria:

• The Scholarship shall be awarded to an international student. This means that you will be classed as “international” in accordance with ANU’s fee paying policy if you are not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia at the time of commencing your studies in your program; and
• You must not hold a visa which allows you to work in Australia for more than 20 hours per week; and
• You must not be receiving any other scholarship or award which pays a living allowance or includes tuition fees unless it is tax exempt; and
• You must have completed at least the equivalent of one year full-time study (or part-time equivalent) towards the degree for which you are seeking admission at a university where English is the only medium of instruction; and
• You meet the academic entry requirements specified by your intended graduate school, college or research centre; and
• Your proposed area of research falls within one of our colleges or graduate schools; and
• Your proposed supervisor has agreed to supervise your project/thesis.

9. Fulbright Scholarship

The Fulbright Scholarship is a U.S.-based scholarship program to fund international students in the United States. The scholarships are funded by the U.S. Congress, and it is administered by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the Department of State on behalf of the President of the United States and Secretary of State.
