The grading scale is a scale used in the University of Phoenix to describe academic progress and performance. There are two types of grades: letter grades and numeric grades.

Letter Grades include A, B, C, D and F. These letter grades are used for undergraduate students who are working on a 4-point system (4 point GPA). Students can earn up to 120 credits per semester; however, they must maintain at least 60% attendance rate in order to pass the course successfully and earn credit hours towards their degree/major requirements. The student must also complete all assignments by the due date set by their professor or else he/she will receive an incomplete grade which will result in loss of all earned points if not completed within six months after semester ends. If a student fails to meet these requirements then he or she will have no choice but withdraw from class without receiving any refunded money back!
