1. UNIVERSITY OF DELHI
University of Delhi is the premier university of the country and is known for its high standards in teaching and research and attracts eminent scholars to its faculty. It was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the then Central Legislative Assembly. The President of India is the Visitor, the Vice President is the Chancellor and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India is the Pro-Chancellor of the University.
At present, there are 16 faculties, 86 academic departments, 77 colleges and 5 other recognised institutes spread all over the city, with 132,435 regular students (UG: 84662; PG: 46559) which include 114279 undergraduates & 18156 postgraduates. There are also 261 correspondence courses with 10327 students who have enrolled for them.
2. BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY
Banaras Hindu University is located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in the year 1916 and has been ranked as one of the top universities in the country by NIRF.
When it comes to MSc courses, BHU offers several specializations under Science, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics and Botany. The university offers MSc courses in these fields with a seat intake of approximately 200.
Apart from offering standard MSc courses, BHU also offers an Integrated programme for 5 years (BSc+MSc) in Geology, Physics and Chemistry subjects. The duration of this course is 5 years and the admission procedure involves a screening test as well as an interview round.

4. CHINMAYA DEGREE COLLEGE
Chinmaya Degree College offers M.Sc in Biotechnology, Chemistry and Microbiology. The admission is open to students of all nationalities, who have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks, or equivalent grade point average (GPA). Selection is based on a competitive entrance examination conducted by the college.

College Details:
Chandigarh University is a private university that was established in the year 2012. The University has been approved by the UGC. It offers courses in different fields like engineering, management, law, commerce and pharmacy at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
Admission to most of the courses is based on entrance exams like GATE (for M. Tech), CAT/ CMAT/ MAT (for MBA). Some courses admissions are based on marks obtained in graduation + interview. Ravishankar University is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It is a private university and was established in 2006. This university has a total of 170 acres of land area that comprises of the campus, hostel and residential area for the staff members. The university has three branches in other parts of India along with this main campus. The courses offered by Ravishankar University are both undergraduate and post graduate courses.
7. RADHA GOVIND GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, MEERUT
A unit of Radha Govind Educational Trust, RG Group of Institutions came into existence in the year 2003. The institute is affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow and is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD and Government of Uttar Pradesh. It also has permission from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
It offers a two-year Master of Computer Application (MCA) course with an intake capacity of 60 students per semester. 9. SHRI VENKATESWARA COLLEGE (AUTONOMOUS), NEW DELHI
This is the first time I am writing for a blog. I would like to share my experience with you about the college, Shri Venkateswara College (Autonomous).
The college stands tall as one of the most prestigious colleges in North India. The infrastructure is quite good both inside and outside the campus. You will find that most of the students and teachers are very friendly or atleast they try really hard to make your stay comfortable. With this facility, you feel like you are living in a five stars hotel except there is only one dish to choose from which is called AC cafeteria!
Shri Venkateswara College (Autonomous) was established in 1983 by Shri Venkatramana Swamy Devasthan Trust. It was formerly known as Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University (Autonomous), which merged with this college after 25 years of its inception. The trust has now been granted autonomy and recognition by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi under Section 20(1)(d) of Universities Act, 1956 & Section 20(3) of UGC Act-1976 along with full powers to modify syllabus & curricula as deemed appropriate & necessary by it and issue rules/regulations from time to time on such matters with effect from 2nd March 1985 under Rule 23 of UGC Act-1976 . This enabled it to take control over all important academic matters including admissions, examinations etc., apart from being bound under all other conditions prescribed under UGC Acts aforesaid.
