3 Duplicate License

If you are a licensed nurse in Maryland, you may request a duplicate copy of your license. You can do so by submitting the following information:

Duplicates take approximately 30 days from receipt at our office to be processed and mailed out. 5 Renewal

The renewal cycle begins in even-numbered years. For example, the current renewal cycle began on July 1st of 2018 and ends on June 30th of 2020. The next renewal cycle will begin on July 1st of 2020 and ends on December 31st of 2021.
