Eligibility: Students who are enrolled in high school, GED program, technical or vocational school. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester at a U.S. university/school and have a minimum 2.5 GPA are eligible for the scholarship.

All students who fit the above criteria and submit a completed application will be considered for this award.

Prize: The winner will receive $2,500 to be used toward their education expenses.

TOTAL PRIZE: The winner will receive $2,500 to be used toward their education expenses. There are no other prizes awarded. The scholarship is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Mohawk Flooring Canada Inc. reserves the right to cancel the scholarship for any reason or to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT SELECTION: Potential winners must provide all information requested on the Entry form (such as full name, email address, home address and phone number) in order to be eligible to win. All potential winners will be notified by email within 15 days of selection and must reply to such email notification within 7 days of receipt indicating whether they accept or decline the prize as awarded. If a potential winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made during this time period, then he/she may forfeit his/her right to a prize and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries until a potential winner can be successfully contacted who meets these Official Rules. In order to claim his/her prize, each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within 14 days after notification attempt or such other date as determined by Mohawk Flooring Canada Inc.. If a potential winner fails to respond according to this rule, he/she will forfeit his/her right to a prize and an alternate entrant may be randomly selected from among remaining eligible entries until such time that an entrant is found who meets these Official Rules which shall govern in all respects in connection with awarding of any Prize(s). The decision to grant a scholarship is made by September 15th and the scholarship funds are mailed to the students’ schools. The scholarship recipient must be enrolled in an institution of higher education or have been accepted for admission on a full-time basis by September 30, 2019.

Mohawk Industries offers this scholarship to current high school students, GED program enrollees, and students currently attending a trade school or vocational school. Eligible students must be pursuing a degree from an accredited U.S. university beginning the fall semester of 2019 or later. Scholarship recipients will receive $2500 towards continued educational expenses.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a high school or GED program.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. university, and pursuing a degree there to begin in the next fall semester (2019 or later).
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester.
