The Charter Oak Admissions Test is an important first step in giving you a chance to show us that CSU Monterey Bay is the right school for you.

The new Charter Oak Admissions Test (COAT) will be available on our campus, or at a regional COAT locations beginning March 2018. COAT is not required of students who are transferring from another institution or those who have passed ENGL 1A and MATH 30 with a minimum grade of C.
