3 You may search for a licensee by entering all or part of the person’s name or license number, or by selecting a city or county from the drop-down list.
In order to search for a licensee, you may enter all or part of their name or license number, or select a city or county from the drop-down list.
Below are some specific examples of how to perform a search:
- Search by Name – Entering just part of a person’s name will bring up results containing that exact same combination. For example: If you are looking for someone named “John Smith,” entering “Smith” will bring up his record (as well as anyone else with that last name). If there is more than one John Smith listed in our database, you can choose which one appears on your screen by clicking on their record.
- Search by License Number – Entering the entire license number will return only records matching this number exactly; partial numbers can not be entered in this field (for example: if someone has an RN license numbered 23456789A and another RN license numbered 9876543210D , searching 23456789A will not show both licenses).
4 The results will be ordered by city and then alphabetically by last name.
