Bright Horizons Scholarship Program

Bright Horizons is one of the leading child care providers in the United States. They are home to more than 1,000 centers across 35 different states, as well as internationally. Bright Horizons has created a unique scholarship program for nurses called the Bright Futures Scholarship Program. This scholarship aims to not only recognize nurses who have received high marks in their schooling, but also those who have demonstrated an interest in helping others, a desire to learn and grow, and an overall commitment to the field of nursing.

A select group of students will be chosen to receive $2,500 per semester for up to four semesters (up to $10k total). In order to be considered for this scholarship you must have plans of enrolling full-time at an accredited school pursuing a BSN or MSN degree with less than 24 completed transfer credits in your major area; a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher; and submit two letters of recommendation alongside your application materials.

• The Borchard Foundation Center on Law and Aging 2018-2019 Fellowship: $10,000 stipend to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident working in the field of elder law who intends to pursue work as an attorney upon completion of the fellowship year.
• GRCF Thomas Ehrlich Civically Engaged Faculty Award: recognizes faculty members whose scholarship demonstrates exemplary public engagement that contributes to the public good and benefits communities at the local, state, national, or international level.
