• Program description: Health Care Worker Training Program (HCW) is designed to provide training and education for individuals seeking employment in the hospital setting as a health care worker (HCW). Our program is designed to prepare the student with basic principles of medical terminology and body systems; infection control techniques; patient rights, dignity and confidentiality while working within a multicultural environment; work ethics; resume writing; basic computer and technical skills required for employment in a hospital setting as an entry level health care worker in either an administrative or clinical position.
