2. Anne E. Lynch, DNP, APRN, PMHCNS-BC

Anne E. Lynch, DNP, APRN, PMHCNS-BC is a nurse practitioner at the Jacksonville Center for Nursing Excellence. A lifelong resident of Northeast Florida, Anne began her nursing career in pediatrics and critical care before transitioning to psychiatric/mental health nursing. She has worked on an inpatient adult unit, an alcohol and drug treatment facility and an outpatient mental health clinic. In 2012 she completed nurse practitioner training at the University of North Florida with a focus on psychosocial rehabilitation for adults with chronic conditions such as diabetes mellitus or acute coronary syndrome (ACS). This focus includes screening for depression or anxiety as well as management of medications used to treat these conditions including antidepressants, mood stabilizers and benzodiazepines (anti-anxiety medications).
