Northeast State Community College

Northeast State Community College offers a two-year associate’s degree program in nursing. The program was established in 1976 and its first class graduated in 1977. Northeast State’s nursing program can be completed in four semesters or eight semesters, depending on whether you are a full-time or part-time student. The TN Board of Nursing, ACEN, and NLNAC all accredit the school’s program.

The RN to BSN bridge option is available for students who already have an associate’s degree and would like to pursue their BSN at a later date — those already enrolled at Northeast State are eligible for a 15% discount on tuition if they choose this route.
