Nyu Transfer Acceptance Rate

NYU is a highly selective school, with an acceptance rate of just 16 percent. To be considered for admission to the New York University undergraduate program, students must complete a college-prep curriculum and submit an application that includes SAT or ACT scores. Freshman applicants will be considered for merit scholarship based upon their high school grades in academic subjects, standardized test scores, community service and extracurricular activities.

Although NYU is one of the most selective schools in the country, it does take transfer students from a wide range of backgrounds. As a result, many applicants will have little or no trouble meeting NYU’s academic requirements.
