Palmer College of Chiropractic offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the field. The Bachelor of Science (BS) program is a four-year curriculum that prepares students for careers as chiropractic doctors. In addition, the Palmer College of Chiropractic awards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Biomechanics and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Nutrition Complementary & Alternative Medicine. Both programs are available via distance learning or on campus at various locations throughout the United States.

3 Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
The Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree is a four-year postgraduate professional program. Students must complete a minimum of 3,200 hours of didactic coursework and clinical training to earn the DC degree.
The required prerequisites for admission include:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Completion of college level English composition coursework with a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, or an undergraduate cumulative GPA between 2.5 and 2.99 on a 4 point scale in college level courses
- Minimum GPA requirement is 3.0 on all undergraduate coursework taken within the last 10 years prior to applying – each applicant’s transcript will be reviewed individually by the admissions committee and may have exceptions made based on previous academic performance and overall quality of application
4 $25,000 per term
This section will cover the tuition for each course. The first year of chiropractic school is two terms long, and then it’s a three term program after that. There are five courses in total:
- College Pre-Chiropractic Anatomy and Physiology (1st term) – $5000
- College Pre-Chiropractic Human Anatomy Lab (1st term) – $1500
- College Pre-Chiropractic Human Anatomy Lecture (2nd term) – $5000
- Chiropractic Biomechanics I: Spine and Extremities (3rd term) – $5000
- Chiropractic Biomechanics II: Functional Neurology and Applied Kinesiology (4th term) – $5050
5 9 terms
The Palmer education is traditionally 9 terms (3 years). Here’s what you can expect to pay for the 9 terms of tuition:
- $30,600 per term
- $150,000 total tuition cost (three years)
After you graduate and pass the board exams, you’ll need to continue your education by attending chiropractic colleges in order to earn your Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. This will cost an additional $130,000 – $160,000 over four years. You’ll also want some money for living expenses during those four years.

Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida is located in Port Orange, Florida, just east of Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast. The college sits on a golf course and next to a lake with alligators. The campus itself has a tropical feel, with palm trees and red-tiled roofs.

The Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida is located in Port Orange, Florida. The program has a total cost of $23,750 per term, which includes tuition and fees as well as living expenses. Students will enroll in 10 terms to complete the degree program.
The Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus is located in San Jose, California and offers an accredited Doctorate in Chiropractic (D.C.) program that takes 4 years to complete. The average student receives a scholarship or grants from the school worth $45,000 during their studies there; however this amount can vary depending on personal financial needs and merit-based criteria for scholarships awarded by the college itself
8 $23,750 per term
Tuition for the 2019-20 academic year is $23,750 per term. This amount is payable in two installments: one on August 15th and one on December 15th. The tuition fee includes all course materials, fieldwork and clinical learning experiences, as well as membership to the Palmer Alumni Association.
Tuition is paid by credit card only; no cash or cheque payments are accepted at any time. Payment plans are available with a minimum deposit of $1,000 per semester and must be completed within 10 business days of registering for classes each term (August through January). Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida (PCF) is located in Port Orange, Florida. With only two campuses within the United States and a third in Australia, PCF offers one of the most sought-after programs for aspiring chiropractors. The campus features spacious classrooms and laboratories that allow for an intimate learning environment where you can be comfortable with your peers as well as faculty members who will guide you throughout your studies. Students must complete four semesters at PCF before transferring to Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus in San Jose, California for their final 36 months.*
