Post Office University of Arizona offers a range of mailing and shipping services, including:

• Passport Application Acceptance for U.S. citizens only
• Mail Forwarding NOTE: You must be enrolled in the Online Change of Address system to use this service. If you are not currently enrolled, click here to submit an online change of address request and enroll yourself. Self-Service Kiosk

• The self-service kiosk is located in Post Office University of Arizona’s lobby.
• There are three ways to make a payment: with cash, check or money order. You will need your bank account number, routing number and an auto debit authorization to use this service. If you have set up an online account with USPS and would like to use your credit or debit card instead of cash or check, please see an associate at our counter for assistance.
• To mail a package, you will need the address of where it needs to go as well as its weight and dimensions (length x width x height). We recommend using bubble wrap when shipping items in boxes because they help protect them during transit; however, if you do not have any bubble wrap available at home then ask an associate for some when mailing your package so that we can protect it from damage during shipment!
• To pay for a package weighing less than 70 pounds (32 kg), visit the self-service kiosk in our lobby where there is no charge for postage – just enter how much money you’d like us to charge on your credit/debit card! If eligible under “lighter than air transportation” guidelines printed on Amazon Prime boxes: no charge applies only once per order placed through Prime Now app prior to delivery date specified by customer on request list sent from courier company representative;  afterwards additional charges apply based on weight limits established by postal carriers listed below:

PO Boxes

Post Office University of Arizona offers a variety of PO Box sizes, from 2″ x 4″ to 16″ x 12″, and there are even larger options available for commercial use. The size that works best for you depends on how many packages and letters you need to receive each month.

If you only plan on using your PO Box for the occasional letter or bill, we recommend choosing a smaller size so that postage costs won’t be as high. Conversely, if you’ll be receiving multiple parcels every week (or have an online business), one of our larger boxes would work better for your needs.

We also offer overnight delivery services! This is great if it’s urgent that important documents arrive at their destination ASAP!

Contract Postal Unit (CPU)

Contract Postal Unit (CPU) service is available to businesses that mail more than 50,000 pieces of mail per year. CPUs are located in the lobby of the Post Office and are only available to customers who are eligible to use them. Customers who receive PO Box service cannot use a CPU.

Retail Hours

The Post Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm, and closed on Sundays.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, closed on weekends.

Services offered include:

• Mailing services such as mailing letters and packages; bulk mail delivery; pick-up/deliveries; etc.
• Post office boxes can be rented for $25 per year (with an additional monthly fee if you need a locker). You must have proof of residency in order to rent one though—a utility bill will suffice if you’re living there now but don’t yet have your own mailbox at home yet! If not everyone lives here permanently then maybe consider getting something like this post office box keychain holder instead which gives all members access without having their own keys each time so it’s easier overall when moving around or just visiting often
