Once you’ve decided to apply for admission to Texas A&M University, the application process is pretty straightforward. To start, you should apply through the ApplyTexas website for freshman applicants. For your application to be considered complete, we must have received your official high school transcripts (with a minimum grade point average of 3.5), SAT or ACT scores (minimum composite score of 1210), and a letter of recommendation from one of your high school teachers.

The student must be enrolled in an approved undergraduate degree-granting program of at least four consecutive semesters, exclusive of summers.
