The UA employs over 10,000 faculty members who teach over 40 undergraduate degree programs on campus. Flexible Spending Accounts: You can set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to pay for eligible expenses such as medical and dependent care benefits, out-of-pocket healthcare costs, and commuting expenses. The University of Arizona will match the first 3% of salary contributed each year up to $750 per employee. This is in addition to any other compensation provided by the company. A doctor’s note may be required if a request is made for time off due to illness or injury.
