Mark A Kaplan was a lecturer at Harvard Law School from 1978 until 2005 where he taught Torts I & II (originally with Professor Robert Clark), Property Theory (with Professor John Ely), Federal Courts with Professor Charles Fried [2] before moving over to teach Constitutional Law with Christopher Edley Jr..

Amanda B Reeves teaches courses on constitutional law and federal courts at UCLA School of Law where she has worked since 2001 after completing her JSD there under Dean Larry Kramer in 2000.[3] She has written extensively about presidential power,[4][5][6] separation-of-powers principles[7][8], gender equality[9], abortion rights,[10] gun control laws[11], affirmative action programs[12]and other topics related to constitutional interpretation issues raised by modern controversies.[13][14][15][16].
