The University of Education Indonesia (also known as UBUD) is one of the largest and most prestigious universities in Indonesia. It is also one of the oldest institutes of higher education in Indonesia. Established in Yogyakarta on May 21, 1950, UBUD has grown into a modern state university with 38 Faculties and Schools that offer programs at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels. The main campus is located just outside the city center at Jl. Prawirotaman No. 79-81, Yogyakarta 55281, Indonesia with several other campuses scattered throughout Yogyakarta Province including two satellite campuses located in Sleman Regency (Guru Keliling Campus) and Batu City (Campus Batu).
