University Of Hartford Transcripts

The University of Hartford offers its students the option of ordering a transcript directly from the Registrar’s Office via its Student Information System, in addition to the paper request form. Transcripts are $10 per copy. Paper requests are also available to be processed within 3-5 business days. It can take up to 10 working days for transcripts to process if you submit the request by mail. In order to protect student privacy and confidentiality, our office does not accept telephone or fax requests for transcripts

The University of Hartford offers its students the option of ordering a transcript directly from the Registrar’s Office via its Student Information System, in addition to the paper request form.

You can order a transcript online through the University of Hartford’s Student Information System (SIS). To do so, log in to SIS and click on “Transcripts” in the top-right corner. Once there, you need to type in your student ID number and then select whether you would like an official or unofficial transcript. You will also be required to fill out a survey before submitting your request.

If you prefer obtaining an official copy of your academic record by mail, print out and complete the Transcript Request Form found here: http://www2.hartford.edu/about/registrar/forms/. Mail it along with payment (check or money order payable to “UH”) addressed as follows:

You can also request your transcript to be processed by mail or fax. Should you choose to have your transcript sent by mail, please include a pre-paid shipping label with your request. All requests for paper transcripts that are received via the mail will be processed within three to five business days of receipt.

If you do not require delivery confirmation, simply complete and sign the form below and return it along with a copy of your photo ID (such as driver’s license or passport) and/or $10 payable to University of Hartford through one of our acceptable methods:

  • If a student requests an official copy of their transcript by mail, it will be sent from the Registrar’s Office located on campus at 200 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut 06117-5197. The registrar’s office will then send the transcript or certified copy of your degree directly to another school or agency that requested it using their own mailing address (not yours).

Your University of Hartford transcript orders can be processed via internet or paper request.

There are two ways for you to request transcripts:

  • By internet. You can submit your transcript request online and pay with a credit or debit card via the University of Hartford’s online portal. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and mailed to the address provided by you. You may also elect to receive an electronic version of your transcript that can be downloaded directly from your account on their website.
  • By mail or fax. Paper requests require completion of a paper form, which must be mailed or faxed along with an original copy of one form of acceptable identification (such as a driver’s license) to the Office of Admissions and Records in Hartford, CT 06103-5160 USA; 860-768-4211; Fax: 860–768–4238
