Why do you want to play for the University Of Miami football team?

The University Of Miami football program boasts an illustrious history of success. Not only did the Hurricanes win five national championships, but they also have produced more professional players than any other college team in history. What are your strengths as a player?

What are your strengths as a player?

I am a natural leader, I have been the captain of every team I have ever played on. I am a good communicator and listener. I know what it takes to be successful in football and life in general, because I love the game of football so much. I don’t take anything for granted and want to give absolutely everything that I have when it comes to playing this great sport. To me football is like breathing – it’s something that’s always there; it doesn’t matter how bad of a day you’re having or how much stress you’re under at work or school; once we step on the field everything changes and all those problems seem insignificant compared to what we do out there on Sundays during fall Saturdays (or Mondays if we play on Monday night).

What are your weaknesses as a player?

  • What are your weaknesses as a player?

Everyone has weaknesses. As you reflect on your game, what are your top two or three areas for improvement?

  • How do you plan to overcome them?

When it comes down to it, no one knows more about your strengths and weaknesses than you do. It is up to each individual player to take those things into consideration and make the necessary adjustments in order to get better. If there are certain plays where I was ineffective last season, then I know that during our upcoming training camp I need to spend extra time working on my footwork or hand placement so that when we play again this season (or next), I won’t be caught off guard by certain situations again.

Have you played in any previous leagues and if yes, where?

Yes, I have played in the Miami Football League. I was a quarterback and captain of my team. I was also a team leader and captain of the MFL as well.

Have you ever been part of a national championship tournament? If yes, which year and what was your position on the team?

Have you ever been part of a national championship tournament? If yes, which year and what was your position on the team?

I have been part of a National Championship Tournament. In 2014, I played for University of Miami football team and we won the National Football Championship. My position was wide receiver and my contribution to the team was to receive passes from my teammates, run towards the end zone and score touchdowns!
