University Of Missouri Patient Portal

The University of Missouri Patient Portal is an online resource that allows you to view and manage your health care information with the help of MU’s student health center. The portal provides 24/7 access to your lab results, immunizations, allergies and more. You can also request prescription refills, appointments and even submit requests for blood pressure checks on campus.

University Of Missouri Patient Portal

The MU Patient Portal is a secure site that allows you to access your health records, request appointments, and communicate with your health care providers.

The MU Patient Portal is a free service for MU health care patients. You can use the portal at any time of day or night to:

  • View your test results
  • Create or change an appointment with a provider in the University of Missouri Health System (MU Health) by using the “Schedule an Appointment” feature in MyChart. Scheduling appointments through MyChart is more convenient than calling our office and fewer appointments are canceled because they were not scheduled far enough in advance.
  • Access medications that have been prescribed by one of our providers and pharmacy information such as prescription history and refill status
