Ohio Track And Field Competes At The All-Ohio Championship
In addition to the All-Ohio Championship, Ohio Track and Field also competes at the NCAA Championships in June. This is the culmination of a college athlete’s career. The All-Ohio Championship is a great way for athletes to get experience competing against some of the best talent in their division before having an opportunity to compete at this level.
The format of these events vary from year to year but typically include: sprints (60m-400m), hurdles (100mH-110HHH), jumps (long jump/high jump), throws (shot putt/discus) and relays (4x100M). Each event will have separate qualifiers based on your seed time or previous results that you may have obtained earlier in your season or career.
