Associate Athletic Director for Compliance
The Associate Athletic Director for Compliance is responsible for the administration and enforcement of University of Oregon Uniform Core Policies and Procedures. In addition, the ADCP oversees compliance with NCAA legislation and regulations, member institutions of the Pac-12 conference, as well as University policies and procedures. Additionally, the ADCP provides leadership and support to the Compliance staff in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
The Associate Athletic Director for Compliance has a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least five years’ experience in athletic administration or related field. Prior to joining the UO staff, he or she served as an administrative assistant for an NCAA Division I institution or professional sports team.

Name: Phil Drake
Position: Assistant Athletic Director for Athletics Operations
Drake joined the University of Oregon staff in March of 2006 as the interim associate athletics director for operations. In this role, Drake oversaw a department that was responsible for budgeting, scheduling and overseeing all aspects of athletic program administration. He also served as the interim associate athletic director for development and alumni relations. Prior to his arrival at Oregon, Drake spent two years as the associate athletic director for compliance and field operations at the University of Florida.

Head Women’s Soccer Coach
The University of Oregon Athletic Staff Directory includes the head coach for the women’s soccer program. The current coach is Kitty Green, who has been with the school since 2007. Green has led the Ducks to a 116-36-14 record in her six seasons as head coach.
Green’s coaching experience began at Radford University where she spent four seasons as an assistant coach before joining the Oregon staff. Her coaching career also includes stints at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and Hope College.

Head Cross Country and Track Coach

Greg Marsden is in his 10th year as the head cross country and track coach at the University of Oregon. He has a long history of coaching success, guiding teams to top five finishes at the NCAA Championships including a third-place finish in 2012.
“I think our students come here expecting to win and perform at their best,” Marsden said about his program. “We have a lot of dedicated volunteers who help us out with things like race registration, nutrition guidance and transportation so our athletes can focus on racing. We also have great facilities that allow us to train hard and also host big events like the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships.”
Marsden is a stay-at-home dad who balances coaching with raising two young daughters with his wife Betsy. He credits his wife for helping him stay organized and keeping him grounded during some difficult times.

Football Coach
The University of Oregon football team is coached by Mario Cristobal. Cristobal was hired on December 4, 2015 and has compiled a record of 28-27 as the head coach of the Ducks.

The University of Oregon Men’s Golf Coach is Kevin Sullivan. Kevin has been a part of the Oregon golf program for 16 years and has led the Ducks to four NCAA Championships. He is a two-time Pac-10 Coach of the Year and was named the 2010 Mackenzie Tourcohen National Coach of the Year.
