University Of Pittsburgh Athletics Staff Directory
The University of Pittsburgh is home to a number of Division I sports teams, including men’s basketball, baseball, soccer and lacrosse. The university also has an athletic staff directory that includes information on head coaches and assistant coaches, who are responsible for leading the student-athletes who represent the university.
Pat Narduzzi
Pat Narduzzi – Head Football Coach
Narduzzi was hired as the head football coach at the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, after serving as defensive coordinator for Michigan State from 2007-14, Cincinnati (2010-11), Connecticut (2005-08) and Miami (2002-04). He led all four teams to bowl games.
Heather Lyke
Heather Lyke is the athletic director at the University of Pittsburgh. She was previously the athletic director at the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2018.
Lyke spent her college basketball career playing for Notre Dame, where she helped lead them to three NCAA Final Four appearances in four years. After graduating from Notre Dame, she began her coaching career as an assistant coach for Michigan State under Jud Heathcote before taking over as head coach for two seasons. She has also served as a head coach at Miami (Ohio) and Northeastern University and was named an assistant coach with USA Basketball in 2010 and 2011.
Lisa Kollick
Lisa Kollick is the Director of Athletics Communications, which means she’s in charge of the department that works with journalists and news outlets to get information about Pitt athletics out to the public. She also oversees web content, marketing and social media for all sports at Pitt.
Lisa joined Pitt in 2010 after working four years as assistant athletic director for communications at Rutgers University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from SUNY Plattsburgh and earned her master’s degree from Syracuse University.
Katie Hattendorf
Katie Hattendorf is the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003 with a BA in English and holds a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Hattendorf is a two-time All-America cheerleader, serving as captain during her final season at Pitt. After graduating, she joined the athletic department staff as an assistant director of operations before being promoted to her current role as assistant AD for communications in 2007. She also serves on several committees within the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and has served on NCAA committees on Final Four hosting bids and women’s basketball national championship sites.
Brian Boschetti
Brian Boschetti
Athletic Administrator
Brian Boschetti is the Associate Athletic Director for Operations. In his role, he manages all non-coaching staff in the Department of Athletics and supervises administration of game day operations for football and Olympic sports. His responsibilities also include managing ticketing, marketing and promotions as well as several other areas within the department including facilities management.
Aaron Donald
Aaron Donald is a defensive tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers who played college football at Pittsburgh. He was drafted by the Steelers in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Donald attended Tarzana High School in Los Angeles, California where he played football, basketball and track & field. As a senior, he had 85 tackles and 10 sacks as a defensive lineman while also recording 40 receptions for 525 yards receiving with six touchdowns on offense. For his efforts on defense, Donald was named to USA Today’s All-USA First Team and Super Prep All-Farwest Region First Team. He was also selected to play in both 2010 U.S Army All-American Bowl (where he recorded two tackles) and 2011 Under Armour All America Game (where he recorded one tackle).

Damon Niquet
Damon Niquet is the Director of Athletics at the University of Pittsburgh. He was born on February 11, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan.
Niquet earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University in 1989.
He then went on to earn a master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1992 and then joined Pitt as an assistant athletic director after many years working with professional teams such as the Baltimore Orioles and New York Yankees; he also served as an administrator for several small colleges around Pennsylvania over this time period. In 2000 he was promoted to Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at Pitt before being named Athletic Director when Steve Pederson stepped down after 29 years (the longest tenure of any AD in NCAA history).
Chris LaSala
Chris LaSala is the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Pitt’s athletic facilities, as well as being in charge of all Athletic Facilities staff.
Chris is also a member of the Athletic Facilities Advisory Committee (AFAC).
Robert Boldon
Robert Boldon is the Director of Sports Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. He has a B.S. in Kinesiology from Duquesne University and his MEd from Temple University. He is certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds a board certification for Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from NASM, as well as certifications in Strength and Conditioning and Weightlifting/Powerlifting from USA Weightlifting (USAW).
Boldon oversees all aspects related to athletic training services including injury prevention, concussion management, pre-participation physicals, athletic conditioning programs, clinical services such as musculoskeletal care/rehabilitation and nutrition counseling programs for student-athletes at Pitt.
Mike Glazier
Mike Glazier is the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations. He was hired by Pitt in 2005 and has held his current title since 2013. Prior to his work at Pitt, he served as an assistant football coach at Yale University from 2000-2005. Mike graduated from Pittsburgh in 1994 with a BA in History, where he earned All-American honors on the track team and won Big East Track Athlete of the Year twice (1993 & 1994).
Jamison Pinegar
Jamison Pinegar is the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Academic Support. Jamison has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.S. in Sport Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to joining our staff, Jamison served as an Academic Support Specialist at Ohio State University where he was responsible for overseeing academic support services for student-athletes on compliance with team requirements, academic eligibility standards and NCAA rules as well as writing correspondence to student-athletes at all levels of competition regarding their progress toward degree completion and graduation requirements
Beth Alford-Sullivan
Beth Alford-Sullivan is the Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Services. In this role, she oversees the academic side of the athletic department and assists in the development, implementation and oversight of academic policies, procedures and practices.
When a student athlete enrolls at Pitt they are required to meet certain academic standards and benchmarks set by their sports coaches or team managers. The responsibility of making sure that these standards are met falls on Ms. Alford-Sullivan’s desk as she is responsible for assessing whether or not a student athlete has met their requirements before they can be eligible to compete with their team. She also serves as an advisor to coaches, staff members and students on issues related to academics while they are enrolled at Pitt or when they graduate from here
Shawn Klein-Langenfeld
Shawn Klein-Langenfeld is the Assistant Athletic Director for Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, a position he has held since July of 2011. In this role, Shawn oversees daily operations for all sports programs and coordinates all aspects of recruiting efforts for each program.
Klein-Langenfeld serves on many committees across campus, including but not limited to: NCAA Football Championship Committee; C-USA Football Committee; Pitt Student Affairs Student Advisory Committee; Athletics Fundraising Executive Board; College Women’s Athletics Advisory Committee (CWAC).
