College type: Private 4 years or above (medium size) with about 4,000 students but has a large graduate school student body of about 2,500 students. It is also one of the most expensive private universities in Minnesota with an average annual tuition cost of about $35,000 for both undergraduate and graduate schools combined. Tuition fees are set by the Board of Trustees each year after review by faculty senate and administrative departments based on inflationary increases for goods and services required for operation as well as capital expenditures needed to maintain infrastructure integrity across campus grounds such as building repairs or upgrades from deferred maintenance costs incurred during previous years when funds were limited due to economic downturns causing lower enrollment numbers among prospective new students who had been accepted into college programs which led them not being able to afford attending classes if they were unable while others already enrolled dropped out due financial difficulties caused by high tuition fees which created financial stressors on families where parents may have lost jobs due layoffs so couldn’t find employment quickly enough keep up payments on loans taken out prior starting school again later down road when things picked back up again economy wise if at all possible; however these issues were solved by implementing alternative means such as offering grants etcetera so no longer need worry about paying off debts until later when finances become stable again; however this could take years depending how long recession lasted before recovering sufficiently enough jobs resume hiring employees back full time again without having difficulty finding work immediately upon graduation from post-secondary education institution.”
