The Aviation Program at Springville High School offers students in grades 10-12 the opportunity to develop their appreciation of aviation as a career. The program provides preparation for entry into vocational and technical education programs in aerospace technology, as well as an academic background that will help prepare students for college study. Students may earn college credit through courses taken through BYU-Idaho or Dixie State University.

Carbon High School
Carbon High School (CHS) is a public high school in Carbon County, Utah, United States. It is one of two high schools in the Carbon School District.
The school has a student body of approximately 300 students and offers classes from 9th to 12th grade. The school colors are red and blue; its mascot is a ram named Rambunctious Rambo. Founded in 1892 as Carbon Junior High School, it became an official 4-year high school in 1910 with enrollment increasing rapidly due to increased coal mining activity throughout the region. In 1981 CHS had been expanded to accommodate more than 1,000 students but by 1988 enrollment dropped below 600 due to declining population and mine closures throughout Carbon County forcing several schools (including CHS) closed down temporarily until 1994 when they reopened due to an increase demand for workers at nearby power plants constructed during Reagan administration’s deregulation efforts—these plants included Zion Power Station which opened under Clinton administration before being shut down again under Bush administration’s energy policy changes regarding pollution control requirements for utilities operating within state boundaries requiring stricter emission controls on coal burning power plants such as those being built near Coeur d’Alene River Basin which include three units operated by Black Hills Corporation—these units use technology developed earlier by private sector companies like Enron that had pioneered development carbon capture systems allowing them burn hotter longer thus generating more electricity using less coal resulting higher profits because there were no government regulations against dumping excess carbon dioxide emissions into atmosphere–“dirty air” was what people called it back then before everyone realized how dangerous it was going global warming caused by our fossil fuel addiction so now we have strict rules governing emissions from all sources including cars trucks airplanes trains boats ships etc etc–but these rules did not exist back then so everyone kept polluting then blackened skies turning blue skies into brown smoggy soup;
Snow College
Snow College is a two-year college with a campus in Ephraim, Utah. It offers an aviation program, and student pilots can learn how to fly in a fleet of aircraft available at the college. The campus also has a maintenance department that trains students in aircraft maintenance.
Additionally, Snow College has one of only three FAA-approved pilot training programs in the state of Utah. This program trains students on twin engine Cessna Caravans and Piper Arrows which are owned by the college.
Uintah River High School
Uintah River High School is a public school located in Duchesne, Utah. It has an aviation program that offers a variety of courses and facilities to students who want to learn more about aviation. The school has three full-time instructors and two part-time instructors, all of whom are certified pilots with experience in the field. The fleet of aircraft available for students to use includes two Cessna 172s, one Piper PA28 Cherokee Archer I, one Beechcraft Staggerwing biplane and one Beechcraft Baron twin-engine aircraft.
Students who are interested in attending Uintah River High School should be prepared for rigorous academics as well as hands-on learning opportunities through their aviation coursework. Students also have opportunities outside of class time including flying lessons during lunch breaks or after school hours when it fits into their schedule best!
Provo High School
- Provo High School is a public high school in Provo, Utah. It is part of the Alpine School District.

Utah Valley University Aerospace program
Utah Valley University’s College of Engineering and Technology offers a program for students to learn about various aspects of aviation. Students can earn degrees in aerospace engineering or aviation management, which will prepare them for careers in designing aircraft and managing airports. They can also learn how to manage air traffic control towers, as well as how repair airplanes. Students at UVU can even earn their pilot’s license if they so choose.
